PHU CUONG PLASTIC WOULD LIKE TO PRESENT THE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS FOR CUSTOM PLASTIC MANUFACTURING
PHU CUONG PLASTIC respectfully introduces the project implementation process for custom plastic manufacturing through the following steps.
STEP 1: REQUIREMENT COLLECTION
Customers provide one of the following information:
• Actual product samples
• 2D / 3D design drawings
• Technical specifications and usage requirements
• Estimated production volume
Phu Cuong Plastic will proceed with:
• Product structure analysis
• Manufacturing feasibility evaluation
• Consultation on the optimal production solution
Receiving custom plastic manufacturing requests at Phu Cuong Plastic.
STEP 2: SOLUTION PROPOSAL & QUOTATION
Phu Cuong Plastic will perform the following:
• Propose suitable materials (PP / HDPE / UV additives / other additives) to enhance durability and product lifespan
• Provide cost optimization consultation and prepare a detailed quotation (unit price, mold cost if applicable, production timeline)
Customers will review, provide feedback, and confirm requirements regarding:
• Material selection
• Product appearance
• Assembly requirements
• Dimensional and geometric tolerances
Once confirmed, Phu Cuong Plastic will proceed with project implementation.
STEP 3: CONTRACT SIGNING & MOLD DEVELOPMENT
After both parties reach an agreement:
• A formal contract will be signed
• The customer will make the agreed deposit payment
Phu Cuong Plastic will then proceed with:
• Mold design
• Mold manufacturing
• Mold assembly and testing
STEP 4: SAMPLE PRODUCTION (T0 / T1)
After the mold is completed:
• Phu Cuong Plastic produces the T0 test sample
• Samples are sent to customers for evaluation
If adjustments are required:
• Both parties will discuss necessary modifications
• Mold adjustments will be carried out
• T1 samples will be produced and sent to customers
Mass production will only begin after written confirmation from the customer that the sample meets all requirements.
STEP 5: MASS PRODUCTION
Once the sample is approved:
• Phu Cuong Plastic will begin production according to the contract quantity
• Quality control will follow the approved sample standards
• Products will be packaged and delivered according to the agreed terms

STEP 6: INSPECTION & PAYMENT
• Customers inspect the products within 3 days
• Both parties conduct final acceptance
• Payment is completed according to the contract schedule
